Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Business Development / Sales in EV, Automotive, Energy, or Infrastructure industry. Strong local network in Uttar Pradesh & nearby regions . Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Willingness to travel extensively across the state. Compensation & Benefits Salary : ₹30,000/month during probation (6 months), revised to ₹50,000/month post-confirmation. Travel Allowance : Local (within Lucknow): ₹4/km (own vehicle). Outstation (100 km+): ₹7/km (own vehicle). Hotel stay up to ₹1,200/day and food/cab allowance of ₹500/day during approved outstation travel.
