Field Operations Associate

Field Operations and Intelligence Role Brief : The Field Ops & Intelligence Manager is responsible for managing field units in a specific region/ campaign, ensuring seamless execution of operations. This role involves monitoring, reporting, and collaborating with the Head of Operations to meet strategic goals. The role requires immediate intent of joining. Responsibilities : · Leadership : Guide and mentor reporting field units to achieve operational excellence. · Monitor: Develop and monitor weekly and monthly operational plans, while and conduct regular performance management of the unit. · Intelligence: Analyze field reports, competitor activities, and stakeholder feedback to inform decision-making at the leadership level. · Stakeholder Coordination : Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and effective communication. · Manage Campaigns: Streamline campaign execution through the reporting unit and by liaising with vendors, other stakeholders etc. Preferred Qualification : · Experience in field operations, sales, or campaign management. · Strong proficiency in Tamil and a good understanding of English. Minimum Qualification : · Bachelor’s degree in any field. · 1–3 years of relevant experience.
