Field Operation Engineer

Installation & Commissioning:

• Perform on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of [specific products/systems] according to design specifications and project plans.
• Conduct pre-installation site surveys and assessments to ensure readiness and identify potential challenges.
• Verify system functionality and performance after installation, ensuring it meets client requirements.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Execute routine preventive maintenance (PM) checks and schedules to ensure optimal operation and longevity of equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues and failures on-site, using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
• Perform corrective maintenance, including repairs, replacements of faulty components, and system adjustments.

Technical Support & Training:

• Provide expert technical support and guidance to clients and end-users during and after installation.
• Conduct training sessions for client personnel on the proper operation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems.
• Act as a primary technical point of contact for clients in the field.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and detailed service records, including installation reports, repair logs, maintenance schedules, and parts consumption.
• Prepare and submit timely reports on site activities, progress, challenges, and resolutions to the management.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Quality & Safety Assurance:

• Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, industry standards, and environmental regulations during all field operations.
• Ensure the quality of work performed meets company and client expectations.
• Identify potential hazards on-site and implement necessary safety precautions.

Inventory Management (Field):

• Manage and track spare parts and tools required for field operations, ensuring availability and proper condition.
• Coordinate with the logistics/stores team for timely procurement and replenishment of field inventory.
