Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vasant Vihar for a Field Marketing & Sales Executive. Responsibilities include actively engaging with potential clients to promote Xfas Logistics’ services, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships. The role also involves conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and working closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Meeting targets, updating sales records, and regularly reporting on progress will be part of the day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proven ability in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management
Understanding of logistics and supply chain management is an advantage
Proficiency in market analysis and developing marketing strategies
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in B2B/B2C service sectors will be an added advantage
