Our backend operations are managed from Evergo Tours' office in Parammal, Ramanattukara, ensuring high efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery of all services.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing & Sales Executive to expand our market presence by promoting our wide range of services—including translation, attestation, global visa services, study abroad guidance, business setup solutions, and travel packages. This role requires active fieldwork, strong communication abilities, and the capability to build long-lasting client relationships while driving consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Wordcraft’s services—including Certified Legal Translation, Attestation Services, Global Visa Solutions, Study Abroad Programs, Business Setup Services, and Evergo Tours' travel packages.
• Conduct regular field visits to travel agents, corporates, educational institutions, immigration consultants, legal offices, and potential clients to generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and agencies.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable services such as translation packages, visa support, attestation requirements, study abroad options, or travel services.
• Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities for business expansion.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless service delivery.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, seminars, educational fairs, business events, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain daily reports, follow-up records, client updates, and sales performance logs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales (experience in translation, visa services, or travel industry is an added advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, field visits, and promotions.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of translation and attestation processes, visa documentation, educational admissions, and business setup requirements.
• Experience in B2B sales, especially with corporates, consultancy firms, and institutions.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
• Strong local market knowledge and established connections in related industries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
