Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate in any discipline; preference for Education, Fine Arts, or Marketing.
• Experience: 2–5 years in Business Development preferably in school engagement, or educational outreach. Exposure to IB/IGCSE/ICSE schools preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Creative mindset with sales orientation.
• Languages: Fluent in English; local language proficiency is a plus.

• ASF has a school connect program where the FMEs connect with schools and conduct demand generation activities in school. Now, a specialized Premium School Module is being developed to cater to schools affiliated with IB, IGCSE, and ICSE boards
• Target schools affiliated with IB, IGCSE, and ICSE boards for onboarding on to the Fevicreate school program. Map them within the assigned city and TSI/WSS territory for engagement
• Connect with identified schools through tailored offerings based on their specific needs and interests. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders (principals, coordinators, activity heads)
• Drive/ increase consumption of ASF brands by way of demand generation activities (Mega Contest, fevicryl workshops) in the premium school segment. Identify opportunities to integrate craft into subjects like science, environmental studies etc
• Introduce and establish Fevicreate Idea Labs and ensure active participation from students.
• Insight gathering – Testing of new products, feedback collection etc. – shift above
• Give product demonstrations to school-teachers and principals for inducing trial usage during school visits
• Drive offtakes and tertiary consumption at adopted outlets for ASF range of products. Co-ordinate with sales team to convert market development activation to sales.
