About the role:

We’re looking for an energetic and organised Field Marketing Manager to plan and execute programs that bring our brand to life - from events and webinars to local initiatives. You’ll work closely with sales and product teams to create campaigns that connect with our audience, manage event logistics end-to-end, and track performance to improve future efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation, execution, and measurement of in-person/virtual programs, including events, webinars, and local initiatives to drive lead generation and customer engagement.

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop targeted marketing materials and campaigns that resonate with audiences.

• Manage logistics and operations for local events, including vendor coordination, venue selection, and on-site support to ensure successful execution.

• Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise future marketing efforts.

• Act as a brand ambassador at events, delivering engagements and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 4-6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in field marketing or enterprise marketing.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
