Job Description

Role Purpose:

Lead and coordinate field marketing activities for AG India.

Major Accountabilities

Primary and Secondary duties:

  • Marcom plan to support brand building, lead generation and sales by CBU and Zone
  • Develop brand communication and media plan with respective Zones and CBUs; and align with internal teams.
  • Support dealers and CBU teams for local marketing activities, van campaigns, events, activations to build brand awareness and equity at local level.
  • Support dealer and CBU teams for digital lead generation and hyper local digital presence.
  • Support field teams in execution of local events/activations for brand visibility and lead generation through SOPs and budgets.
  • Manage and control CBU level marketing support budgets and drive RoI.
  • Responsible for brand identity at dealer level.
  • Responsible for local level competitive intelligence.
