Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and highly-motivated Field Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a crucial "boots-on-the-ground" role where you will be the bridge between our hospital and rural communities. Your primary responsibility will be to travel extensively from village to village, organizing and executing medical outreach camps and health awareness activities.
You will be responsible for building brand awareness, educating communities on health issues, generating patient inquiries, and establishing Arya Medical College and Hospital as a trusted healthcare partner in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Camp Planning & Execution:
Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of on-ground health camps, awareness drives, and marketing events in villages (e.g., general health check-ups, eye camps, dental camps).
Manage event logistics, including location scouting, securing local permissions, managing setup, and coordinating all medical/promotional materials.
On-Ground Community Engagement:
Directly engage with community members, families, and local leaders to effectively communicate the benefits of our hospital's specialized services, facilities, and doctors.
Conduct presentations, distribute informational materials (pamphlets, service lists), and answer all queries from potential patients and their families.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with key local stakeholders, such as village heads (Sarpanch), ASHAs, ANMs, school principals, and other community influencers.
Generate a strong pipeline of patient leads and inquiries for various departments.
Travel & Territory Management:
Develop and manage a detailed monthly travel and camp calendar to cover the assigned rural territory effectively.
Travel from village to village systematically to ensure maximum coverage and brand visibility.
Reporting & Feedback:
Maintain accurate records of all activities, including camps held, patient footfall, leads generated, and expenses.
Provide regular reports to management on camp performance, community health needs, and competitor hospital activities.
Gather and relay valuable on-ground feedback from the community to help refine our outreach strategies and services.
Qualifications & RequirementsExperience:
1-3 years of proven experience in field marketing, rural sales, BTL activations, community outreach, or a similar on-ground role.
Experience working in the Healthcare, Hospital, or Pharmaceutical sector is a significant plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Must be empathetic and a "people-person."
Strong organizational, planning, and event management abilities.
Highly self-motivated, independent, and resilient, with a "get-it-done" attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Mandatory Requirements:
Must be fluent in the local language(s) [Specify Language, e.g., Hindi, Rajasthani].
Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driver's license.
Extensive willingness to travel daily within rural areas is non-negotiable.
Familiarity with the local geography and rural health dynamics of the assigned territory.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Candidates with a 12th pass certificate but with exceptional relevant experience will also be considered.
