Role Description

The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities to engage potential students and promote the academy’s offerings. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, meeting prospective clients, and driving enrollment through effective communication and sales efforts. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chennai, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in Market Planning and Market Research to understand trends and identify opportunities
• Strong Communication skills for engaging with clients, building relationships, and collaborating within teams
• Sales and Marketing skills to drive enrollment and execute promotional initiatives successfully
• Proactive approach to identifying innovative strategies and meeting targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of the aviation and logistics industries is a plus
