Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership  Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team (5–10 members).  Set daily/weekly targets and ensure individual/team goal achievement.  Monitor performance and support the team with field visits and coaching.  Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and skill development sessions.

Sales Execution 

Drive regional sales strategies to on-board hostels and co-living spaces.  Consistently achieve monthly regional sales targets.  Travel extensively across assigned cities to boost sales and strengthen relationships.  Build and maintain partnerships with hostel operators, PGs, and co-living businesses. Reporting & Coordination  Maintain accurate CRM data and submit weekly/monthly performance reports.  Coordinate with internal teams for on boarding, client support, and feedback.  Provide market insights to improve product fit and sales strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,010.37 - ₹30,471.13 per month
