Field Executive

Sales & Business Development:

• Client Acquisition: Identifying and securing new clients through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and networking.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products or services.
• Market Research: Gathering market intelligence and feedback to understand customer needs and preferences.

Customer Service & Support:

• On-site Visits: Conducting on-site visits to clients' locations for consultations, installations, or troubleshooting.
• Issue Resolution: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support related to products or services.
• Product Demonstrations: Providing demonstrations and training on product usage to clients.

Field Operations & Data Collection:

• Site Inspections: Conducting site visits to assess conditions, collect data, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Data Collection & Reporting: Gathering and documenting information related to field activities, and reporting findings to management.
• Coordination: Coordinating with the back-office team, dispatch, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
