Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls:Telecallers proactively reach out to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule a meeting.
  • Handling inbound calls:They respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide assistance regarding products, services, or orders.
  • Generating leads:Telecallers identify potential customers through cold calling, marketing campaigns, or other outreach methods and nurture these leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintaining customer relationships:They follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and build lasting relationships.
  • Documenting interactions:Telecallers record customer interactions, maintain accurate records in the database, and update customer information.
  • Meeting sales targets:They work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Providing customer service:Telecallers offer excellent customer service by resolving complaints, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Staying informed:They keep up-to-date with product information, pricing, and promotional offers to effectively communicate with customers.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills:Telecallers need to be articulate, persuasive, and able to communicate effectively over the phone.
  • Strong listening skills:They need to be able to actively listen to customers, understand their needs, and respond appropriately.
  • Persuasion and negotiation skills:Telecallers need to be able to convince customers to make a purchase or take a desired action.
  • Customer service orientation:They should be empathetic, patient, and able to handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Product knowledge:Telecallers need to have a thorough understanding of the products or services they are promoting.
  • Time management and organizational skills:They need to manage their time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work under pressure:Telecallers may face challenging situations and need to be able to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills:They need to be comfortable using computers, and other relevant software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,605.06 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:
