Local languages like Kannada, Telegu, Tamil added advantage. Good negotiation skills Understand clients property requirements. Work on computer to update details of properties received from builders, channel partners. Ready to learn CRM application to work efficiently on computer and smart phone. Other non-mandate skills / good to have: Good knowledge about real estate market in Bangalore North area like Hebbal, Hennur Baglur road, Sahakar Nagar, Jakkur, Devanhalli, Kalyan Nagar, Amarutahalli, Yelahanka, Devanhalli etc. Able to build good relations with builders, promoters, Channel Partners, Agents, Brokers Driving license, two wheeler, good communicator, basic computer knowledge must.
