Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team (5–10 members). Set daily/weekly targets and ensure individual/team goal achievement. Monitor performance and support the team with field visits and coaching. Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and skill development sessions.
Sales Execution
Drive regional sales strategies to on-board hostels and co-living spaces. Consistently achieve monthly regional sales targets. Travel extensively across assigned cities to boost sales and strengthen relationships. Build and maintain partnerships with hostel operators, PGs, and co-living businesses. Reporting & Coordination Maintain accurate CRM data and submit weekly/monthly performance reports. Coordinate with internal teams for on boarding, client support, and feedback. Provide market insights to improve product fit and sales strategies.

Pay: ₹9,010.37 - ₹30,471.13 per month
