Field Collection Associate

The Collection Associate is responsible for managing EMI collections, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive relationships with customers while minimizing defaults. The role involves interacting with customers, negotiating repayment plans, and coordinating with internal teams to streamline collection efforts. Customer Outreach: Contact customers via phone, email, and in-person visits to remind them of upcoming or overdue EMI payments. Payment Collection: Ensure prompt collection of outstanding dues while adhering to company guidelines and regulatory compliance. Issue Resolution: Address customer queries, provide repayment options, and resolve disputes related to EMI payments. Negotiation & Follow-Up: Work with customers to establish feasible repayment plans and follow up regularly to ensure compliance. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of collection activities, update payment statuses, and adhere to legal and regulatory frameworks. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, and customer service) to manage escalations and improve collection efficiency.
