Job Title: Service Engineer Location: Lucknow Experience: Minimum 2 years (Automobile Industry) Industry: Two-Wheeler Dealership (Preferred) Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the automobile industry, with a preference for those experienced in two-wheeler dealership service operations. The role involves handling vehicle diagnostics, repairs, customer support, and ensuring high service quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnosis, servicing, and repairs of two-wheeler vehicles as per manufacturer guidelines. Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and quality checks. Coordinate with the service advisor team to understand customer complaints and provide effective solutions. Ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain proper documentation of service work, job cards, and feedback. Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and workshop hygiene. Support the team in technical training and troubleshooting as required. Assist in warranty claims and follow-up with OEMs. Required Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or ITI in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering /B.Tech/BE. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the automobile service sector. Experience in two-wheeler service operations is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, diagnostic tools, and service protocols. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
