As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our company, responsible for engaging with customers, promoting products/services, and driving sales to meet company targets. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services Maintain in-depth product knowledge to answer customer queries confidently Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Ensure proper display and stock management in the store/showroom Process sales transactions and handle billing using POS systems Collect customer feedback and escalate any complaints or issues to the manager Keep the store clean, organized, and in compliance with visual merchandising standards Participate in promotional activities and sales campaigns when required Requirements: Education: Minimum 10th/12th pass; a graduate degree is a plus Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Comfortable using computers or billing systems A proactive and positive attitude Language: Proficiency in Hindi; basic English is a plus
