Sales Associate

MLIME is a Rajasthan-based enterprise that develops, produces and provides lime-based sustainable construction materials in India and beyond. We are looking for energetic candidates to join our team in the capacity of a Sales Assocaite.

Job Location

South Delhi/ Hybrid

Term

Full time position, Monday to Saturday 9am-6pm

Experience

Work experience of minimum 4 years.

Scope of work

First point of contact for new customers

Common-sense-based, friendly, non-technical 1on1 communication with customers via phone, email and mostly WhatsApp text and call, to coordinate sales, payments, logistics and dispatch and related troubleshooting is the most crucial part of this job.

Coordination between various stakeholders including clients, vendors, and the internal team

Skills

Excellent communication skills, esp because it is a remote and customer-facing job

Fluent in Microsoft suite and google suite
