Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will engage with customers, identify their needs, recommend suitable solutions, and close sales to achieve revenue goals. Additionally, the role involves fostering client relationships, providing product knowledge, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction, presentations, and relationship building
Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets
Basic knowledge of surveillance, networking, and communication technology solutions
Organizational skills and attention to detail in preparing sales reports and managing client accounts
Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Prior experience in a sales role, especially in the technology or B2B sector, is a plus
