Responsibilities

• Implement ground-level campaign activities, organize and manage campaign events, and grassroots initiatives.
• Conduct voter canvassing, engage with the electorate, communicate campaign messages, and collect feedback.
• Gather data on voter preferences and demographics, assist in analyzing voter data for campaign strategy.
• Support campaign teams in various tasks, coordinate volunteers and resources for campaign events.
• Assist in organizing and executing campaign events, ensure logistics, scheduling, and materials are prepared.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and field data, collaborate with the data team to update voter information.
• Ensure adherence to campaign finance and election regulations, uphold ethical and legal standards in campaign activities.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Communications, or related field.
• Years of relevant experience in political campaigning or consultancy.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of campaign strategies and voter outreach techniques.
• Proficiency in data collection and field operations.
• Excellent political communication and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Commitment to political ethics and confidentiality.
