CIPR is looking for passionate Research Associates to support cutting-edge public policy research projects in Chennai and coimbatore locations

What you’ll do:

-->Conduct quantitative and qualitative surveys to generate actionable insights

-->Engage with communities through field visits and primary data collection

-->Process, analyse, and visualise research data

-->Assist in preparing policy briefs, reports, and publications

-->Contribute to research design, methodology, and literature reviews

Who we’re looking for:

-->Background in Public Policy, Economics, Sociology, Political Science, or related fields

-->Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

-->Excellent communication in English and Tamil

-->Self-starter who can thrive in both office and field settings

-->Passion for social research and evidence-based policy
