Job Description: Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Field Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to explore the local market and inform fruit vendors about Fruit Punch's offerings, which include a diverse range of fresh exotic fruits imported directly from international growers. Additionally, the executive will highlight our efficient cold storage and delivery system to ensure the highest quality of fruits for our partners. Key Responsibilities: Explore and analyze the local market to identify potential fruit vendors and marts. Educate local fruit vendors about Fruit Punch's direct import model, emphasizing the benefits of fresh exotic fruits at lower prices. Highlight the advantages of our cold storage facility and cold van delivery service to ensure fruit freshness. Establish and maintain partnerships with local marts and fruit vendors, ensuring they place daily fruit orders with us. Achieve a daily target of securing partnerships with at least three new vendors who commit to daily orders. Continuously monitor market trends and vendor feedback to optimize sales strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience in a field marketing or sales role, preferably within the food or FMCG industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet daily targets. Knowledge of the local market and existing relationships with fruit vendors is a plus. Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
