Job Title: Senior Fiber Network Engineer / Senior Fiber Optic Technician Location: Gurugram, Haryana Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 per month Experience: Minimum 2 years Employment Type: Full-time Bike Requirement: Must have a personal bike (Petrol allowance will be provided) Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Senior Fiber Network Engineer / Senior Fiber Optic Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in fiber splicing, router configuration, troubleshooting, OLT (GPON & EPON), and fiber installation. This role involves fieldwork, leading a fresher employee, and ensuring seamless fiber network operations. Key Responsibilities:Perform fiber splicing, testing, and troubleshooting for FTTH networks. Install and configure routers, OLTs (GPON & EPON), and other networking equipment. Handle fiber laying, termination, and maintenance at customer locations. Lead and mentor fresher employees in fiber installation and troubleshooting. Conduct site surveys and inspections to ensure quality installations. Diagnose and repair fiber optic faults, signal losses, and connectivity issues. Work closely with the technical team to maintain and improve network performance. Maintain accurate documentation of fiber routes, splicing reports, and network upgrades. Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in fiber optic installation, splicing, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with OLT (GPON & EPON), routers, and networking configurations. Strong knowledge of fiber optic cables, splicing techniques, and network maintenance. Ability to work in field environments and handle multiple installation projects. Must have a personal bike (Petrol allowance will be provided). Good communication skills and the ability to lead a small team.
