Field Sales Executive

Position: Field Sales Executive Location: Gurgaon or Noida Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Field Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon or Noida. The ideal candidate will play a key role in acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships, and participating in on-ground marketing activities, such as canopies, to drive awareness and sales. A bike and a valid driving license are mandatory for this role. Responsibilities: Conduct field sales visits to generate new leads and build customer relationships. Present and effectively promote company products and services to potential clients. Engage with potential leads, schedule meetings, and follow up on customer inquiries. Participate in canopy activities and other field marketing events as required to increase brand visibility. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and submit sales reports, updating the CRM system regularly. Collaborate with the sales team and attend performance reviews. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing role is beneficial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bike and valid driving license are mandatory. Willingness to participate in canopy events and engage with the public in outdoor settings.
