Job Description

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber optic networks for ISP customers. Perform OTDR testing, splicing, and fiber link validation. Identify fiber faults, attend breakdowns, and restore connectivity. Handle FTTH, FTTB, and backbone fiber routes. Conduct site surveys for new fiber deployments. Coordinate with NOC team for issue resolutions. Ensure proper fiber cable laying, joint closure installation, and termination. Maintain documentation of fiber routes, splicing details, and network changes. Ensure adherence to safety standards and company operational guidelines. Provide on-site support during customer escalations. Strong knowledge of fiber optics, OTDR, power meter, and splicing machine. Experience in FTTH/ISP networking. Basic understanding of networking (OLT/ONT, switches, routers). Ability to handle fieldwork, night faults, and emergency calls. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Two-wheeler license preferred for field visits.
