Role Purpose

1. The FG Incharge is responsible for the management, control, and dispatch of finished goods from the production area to customers in an accurate, timely, and quality-compliant manner.

2. This role ensures proper inventory control, documentation, packaging, labeling, and traceability of finished products while maintaining coordination with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams.

3. The FG Incharge plays a vital role in ensuring on-time delivery, zero dispatch errors, and compliance with ESD and quality standards in the warehouse area.

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering (Diploma / BE / B.Tech. in Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical). MBA in Warehouse Management.

Experience:

6 to 8 years relevant experience in Warehouse Management.

Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of FG warehouse and dispatch operations in EMS setup.

2. Experience with ERP / SAP / WMS systems for stock tracking and movement.

3. Understanding of electronic product packaging and ESD-safe handling.

4. Knowledge of logistics documentation invoices, packing lists, and e-way bills, GST, Import & Export.

5. Familiarity with barcode / QR code traceability systems.

6. Inventory management and reconciliation.

7. Dispatch planning and load scheduling.

8. Problem-solving and quick decision-making during logistics issues.

9. Data analysis and reporting accuracy.

10. Coordination with Production, QA, Planning, and Logistics for dispatch readiness.

11. Team supervision, training, and performance tracking.

12. Maintaining discipline, safety, and compliance within warehouse operations.

13. Strong communication and documentation skills.

14. Attention to detail and accuracy.

15. Organized, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.

16. Ability to work under pressure and meet customer delivery deadlines.
