Job Position - Ware House Executive /Supply-Coordinator E-Com

Job Location- Delhi / Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad

Job Overview

Warehouse Executive / Supply Coordinator (E-Commerce)

Key Responsibilities

Order Fulfilment & Supply Coordination

Manage complete order processing and fulfilment for all e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate with CFAs, factory teams, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

Inventory & Stock Management

Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and e-commerce channels.
Track stock movement and ensure accuracy to prevent stockouts, shortages, or overstock situations.

Logistics & Shipment Handling

Oversee shipment tracking end-to-end, ensuring timely deliveries.
Manage returns, replacements, and address shipment-related issues with logistics partners and customers.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Analyze supply performance metrics such as TAT, cancellations, and returns.
Prepare periodic reports and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to platform-specific operational guidelines, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation related to shipping, inventory, and daily operations.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
3 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse management, or supply coordination.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, warehouse processes, and logistics workflows.
Proficiency in MS Excel, inventory systems, and order management tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
