Female senior HR executive

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team.. The Senior HR Executive will be tasked with overseeing all aspects of human resources operations. You will lead efforts in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and retention strategies. Your insights will be fundamental in addressing employee relations issues, enhancing employee satisfaction, and promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

· Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.

· Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding new employees.

· Oversee performance management processes and employee development initiatives.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all HR practices.

· Drive employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment and culture.

· Provide expert advice and support to management on HR policies and procedures.

· Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

· A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.

· Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
