Female Operations Manager ( Automobile Company)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced female Operations Manager to lead and manage daily operations in our automobile division. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational insight, and a solid understanding of the automotive industry. She will be responsible for optimizing business processes, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth interdepartmental coordination. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operational activities including service, workshop, inventory, logistics, and customer service Monitor and enhance efficiency in dealership/service center operations Coordinate between sales, service, finance, and parts departments for seamless operations Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to meet performance KPIs Handle vendor management and supplier coordination Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through process improvements and issue resolution Prepare reports on operational performance, budgets, and forecasts Implement strategic initiatives for business growth and process optimization Liaise with OEMs and ensure all standards and protocols are followed Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field (MBA preferred) 5+ years of relevant experience in automotive operations or dealership management Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems used in the automobile industry Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Food provided Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Rotational shift Work Location: In person
