Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Application Engineer (Female) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer interaction, providing technical support to field sales executives, analyzing and testing new products, coordinating projects, and identifying new leads. This is a full-time, in-office role ideal for someone with excellent communication and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions to understand and support product requirements.
• Support field sales executives by providing in-depth application-related assistance from the office.
• Test, evaluate, and analyze new products and provide feedback to the technical team.
• Gain and maintain strong product knowledge to assist both clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments for project execution and timely delivery.
• Identify and generate new business leads based on market trends and client interactions.
• Assist in documentation, reports, and follow-ups related to projects and customer requirements.

Qualification & Skills

• M.Tech in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail in product evaluation and testing.
• Ability to multitask and manage project coordination effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and basic technical documentation.
• Local candidates with relevant experience will be given preference.
• Freshers with a strong academic and practical background may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
