Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Junior Accounts Officer to join our Accounts Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance or accounting and experience in managing day-to-day accounting operations in a fully-fledged office setup. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments. Key Responsibilities Bank Reconciliation: Ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements with internal records. Receipt Updation: Record and update receipts accurately in the accounting system. Cash Handling: Manage daily cash transactions and ensure compliance with company policies. Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain all relevant sales-related accounting documents. Online Paylite Payment Processing: Handle online payment processes through banking platforms. Daily Report Preparation: Generate daily financial reports for management. Weekly Debtors Report: Track and report receivables on a weekly basis. Job Work Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation for job work under both ARK Power Controls Pvt Ltd and ARK Electronic Motion Controls India Pvt Ltd divisions. Communication & Correspondence: Draft and respond to internal and external financial communication emails. Accounting Software Proficiency: Work efficiently with accounting tools (e.g., Tally, ERP, etc.). Statutory Compliance Support: Understand and assist in compliance with basic statutory aspects (GST, TDS, etc.). Filing & Documentation: Maintain a well-organized filing system for all accounting and financial documents. Team Communication: Collaborate with internal departments and colleagues for smooth financial operations. Time Management: Prioritize and manage multiple accounting tasks within given timelines. Skills & Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally or similar) Thorough knowledge of statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.) [Mandatory] Good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Familiarity with documentation and reporting standards Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
