Job Description

We are looking for a skilled F&B Senior Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage operations, with excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily food and beverage operations, including inventory management and staff supervision.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all food and beverage services.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Train and develop staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and feedback professionally.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
