Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an F&B Manager located in Nainital, with some work-from-home flexibility. The F&B Manager will oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and quality. Responsibilities include managing budgets, inventory, and staff; implementing marketing strategies; maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations; and enhancing guest satisfaction. The F&B Manager will coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing food and beverage operations, including budgeting and inventory management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
• Experience in staff training and development
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment
