Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager (F&B Manager)Location: Ramanagr , Bangalore

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and manage all F&B operations of the property. The candidate must have strong pre-opening experience, including setup of SOPs, recruitment, training, and operational launch. The role requires hands-on leadership, cost control, and service excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Opening Responsibilities

• Handle complete pre-opening activities for F&B operations
• Develop and implement SOPs, service standards, and operational manuals
• Assist in outlet setup, equipment planning, vendor coordination, and licensing
• Recruit, train, and prepare the F&B team for launch
• Coordinate mock services and soft opening activities

Operations Management

• Manage daily food and beverage operations across outlets
• Ensure high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively
• Coordinate with kitchen, service, and management teams

Financial & Cost Control

• Control food and beverage costs, wastage, and inventory
• Monitor purchasing, stock levels, and vendor performance
• Assist in menu planning and pricing to achieve profitability
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets

Team Leadership

• Lead, motivate, and supervise F&B staff
• Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations
• Ensure discipline, grooming, and adherence to service standards
• Manage staff scheduling and productivity

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Food & Beverage operations
• Mandatory pre-opening experience in hotels, restaurants, or large F&B outlets
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of SOPs, cost control, inventory, and hygiene standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred
