Job Description

We are seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee the food and beverage operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, proven experience in managing staff and operations, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily F&B operations ensuring quality and efficiency.
Supervise, train, and mentor staff to maintain high service standards.
Oversee inventory, procurement, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational performance.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the F&B services.

Requirements:

Graduate degree required.
510 years of experience in the hospitality/F&B industry.
Strong operational, managerial, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and inventory management.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
