Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an F&B Captain located in Ahmedabad. The F&B Captain will be responsible for supervising and guiding the food service team to ensure high service standards. Daily tasks include overseeing food service operations, maintaining customer service excellence, facilitating communication between staff and management, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage and guide team members
• Knowledge of Service Standards and Food Service to ensure quality operations
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests and staff
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Previous experience in the F&B industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality management or relevant field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,450.17 - ₹25,000.00 per month
