Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Fast React Planning Software to create and manage effective production schedules based on order requirements and capacity.
• Coordinate with merchandising, production, sourcing, and other departments to ensure accurate planning.
• Monitor and adjust plans according to changes in demand, supply chain disruptions, or production issues.
• Analyze order load vs. capacity and propose adjustments to avoid bottlenecks or underutilization.
• Generate reports and insights to support decision-making regarding production timelines and efficiency.
• Ensure that all planning activities align with the company’s delivery goals and customer expectations.
• Maintain planning data and ensure accuracy of inputs (style, quantity, SMV, line efficiency, etc.).
• Conduct planning meetings and provide visibility of capacity booking and production progress.
• Continuously improve planning systems and workflows for better efficiency and accuracy.
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in production planning within the garment industry.
• Hands-on experience with Fast React Planning Software is mandatory.
• Good understanding of garment production processes and critical path management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
