Description
An eLearning developer with design and development expertise in eLearning Technologies. Experience using Articulate Storyline 2, 3, 360, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate Rapid Authoring Tool, Camtasia, etc., The primary responsibility of the e-learning Developer is to develop the modules as per the storyboard provided. This position will support content creation for multiple learning modalities (instructor-led, webinars, video, etc.). Scope of Role Work with the Instructional Designer to confirm course specifications and resolve gaps Utilize authoring tools to build eLearning courses and demonstration Be a leader on the team for eLearning instructional design and adult learning theory Create, manage, and deliver engaging training across multiple mediums and multiple learning styles Utilize aesthetic sense to ensure attractive, interactive, and engaging e-learning content Integrate adult learning best practices and thought leadership into eLearning courses Produce eLearning courses on time and budget and align those programs with an overall learning outcomes strategy Work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment Address changes and feedback to course deliverables on time Design and develop attractive visual elements and templates in consultation with the instructional designer Design and deliver engaging training using various training modalities including, but not limited to mobile, online, video, and via other broad-reach vehicles using grounded adult learning principles Develop learning deliverables in various engaging formats (e.g., courses, games, videos, quizzes, etc.) Technology Specific Requirements The ideal candidate should be well-versed in using applications like Articulate Storyline 360 Adobe Captivate Adobe Photoshop Any other authoring tools used for the creation of software simulations Skills And Qualifications 1-2 years of design experience in creating e-learning content creations Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning technologies, or related field Demonstrated experience with usability principles Knowledge of programming concepts and experience with Adobe and Articulate product suite Graphic design knowledge in the following Adobe products: Illustrator, PhotoShop Knowledge of audio/narration editing is preferred Immediate joiners only apply Skills: camtasia,illustrator,photoshop,audio/narration editing,articulate rise,storyline 360,-adobe captivate,usability principles,adobe photoshop,visuals elements,elearning courses,articulate storyline 2,adobe captivate rapid authoring tool Show more Show less
