E-Learning Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing web-based training (WBT) modules in a rapid authoring environment. Your role will involve following storyboards, customizing templates, and creating engaging learning activities. Additionally, you will work closely with the Instructional Design team to meet training requirements and deliver visually engaging e-learning interventions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Instructional Design team to determine training development needs. - Revise existing content and instructional material for WBT or Blended learning. - Utilize best practices in rapid authoring development to create visually engaging e-learning interventions. - Develop multimedia content to support learning, including audio-visual aids. - Design assessments and learning activities. - Plan effort estimations and timelines with instructional design teams to ensure timely project delivery. Qualification Required: - 3+ years of experience in Content Development for WBT and Blended learning. - Proficiency in rapid authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Articulate RISE, Adobe Captivate. - Experience in creating engaging learner interactivities and games. - Familiarity with Tincan (xAPI) and SCORM reporting for Learning Management Systems. - Knowledge of current instructional technologies and trends. - Excellent communication skills. - Graduate/Post-graduate education level.,
