Job Title: Fashion Planner – Product Design, E-Commerce, and Social Media

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and highly organized Fashion Planner to lead and coordinate the planning and execution of fashion product development, e-commerce launches, and integrated social media campaigns. This role bridges the gap between design, marketing, and digital commerce to ensure timely product releases and strong brand presence across online channels.

Key Responsibilities:1. Product Design Planning:

  • Collaborate with the design team to create seasonal product calendars.
  • Conduct market and trend research to inform product line planning.
  • Coordinate sample development, approvals, and design timelines.
  • Track progress of new designs and ensure alignment with brand vision.

2. E-Commerce Launch Management:

  • Develop go-to-market plans for product drops, including pricing, imagery, descriptions, and inventory coordination.
  • Work with merchandising and digital teams to ensure timely product uploads and optimized listings.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, logistics, marketing) to align launch schedules and deliverables.
  • Monitor launch performance and provide post-launch reporting and insights.

3. Social Media Campaign Planning:

  • Develop integrated social media campaign calendars aligned with product drops and brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with content creators and social teams to plan campaign concepts, content shoots, and influencer activations.
  • Manage timelines, creative briefs, and asset delivery for multi-channel campaigns (IG, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign metrics and adjust future plans based on performance insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • experience in fashion planning, product development, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and the digital retail landscape.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects from concept to launch.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and data analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Adobe Creative Suite (basic knowledge)
  • Shopify, Magento, or other e-commerce platforms
  • Social media management tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social)
  • Influencer campaign coordination
