Sacred Tatva is a lifestyle and gifting brand celebrating India’s timeless artistry and wedding traditions. We curate fashion accessories, jewellery, and handcrafted assortments from across India — blending cultural aesthetics with modern sensibilities.

Role Overview:

The Merchandiser will be responsible for sourcing, curating, and coordinating production of fashion, jewellery, and lifestyle assortments for Sacred Tatva’s collections. The role involves vendor identification, price negotiation, quality checks, and coordination with design and packaging teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard artisans, manufacturers, and wholesalers for jewellery, accessories, and wedding-related assortments.
• Develop product assortments based on seasonal themes and design briefs.
• Negotiate prices, quantities, and timelines with vendors.
• Coordinate sampling, approvals, and production follow-ups.
• Maintain detailed records of vendor lists, pricing, MOQs, and timelines.
• Ensure quality control and packaging compliance as per brand standards.
• Liaise with the design, packaging, and logistics teams for dispatch planning.
• Support photo shoots and product cataloguing when needed.
• Stay updated with market trends, craft clusters, and new materials.
• Explore marketing and distribution strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle merchandising.
• Strong sourcing network in Delhi–NCR, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Amritsar, and other craft hubs.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Eye for design, detail, and product aesthetics.
• Strong organisational and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple product lines.

Education

• Graduate in Fashion Merchandising / Design / Business / Related Field (NIFT, Pearl, or equivalent background preferred but not mandatory.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
