The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities (A Multifaceted Role):

• Designer Coordination Support:

  Assist the Fashion Management team in liaising with participating designers, managing their documentation, and coordinating their logistical requirements for the show (e.g., model fittings, collection transport, scheduling).

• Event Logistics & Operations:

  Provide on-site support during the planning and execution phases of the show, including vendor management, setup supervision, seating plan arrangement, and ensuring the smooth flow of the show day schedule.

• Sponsorship & Commercial Support:

  Assist the Sales team (who specialize in

  awards and sponsorship generation

  ) with administrative tasks, preparing presentation materials, compiling prospect lists, and coordinating sponsor deliverables during the event.

• Media & Guest Management:

  Support the PR team in handling media registration, managing the guest list (including VIPs and HNI clients), and ensuring a premium experience for all attendees.

• Research & Reporting:

  Conduct research on emerging fashion trends, potential designer participants, and competitive events to inform future planning strategies.

• Administrative Assistance:

  Provide general administrative and organizational support to the senior management team as required.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion Management, Event Management, Luxury Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A genuine, demonstrated passion for the Indian fashion and design industry.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced event environment and handle long, flexible working hours, especially near event dates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a professional demeanor suitable for interacting with high-profile clients and designers.
