Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.

Present product knowledge confidently and help customers choose from a wide range of luxury timepieces.

Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective client engagement.

Maintain the store's appearance, including product displays and cleanliness.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and return business.

Candidate Requirements:

1-5 years of experience in retail Women Western Apparel.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Strong customer service orientation and persuasive selling skills.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.
