Role Overview

As a Fashion Consultant at TASVA, you are the face of the brand. You will help customers discover the right outfits, offer styling advice, and deliver a warm, personalised shopping experience that reflects TASVA’s design philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their style needs, occasions, and preferences

• Assist customers with product selection, fittings, and styling suggestions

• Explain fabric, fit, craftsmanship, and care details confidently

• Drive sales by cross-selling and upselling relevant products

• Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines

• Ensure store hygiene, stock arrangement, and product safety

• Handle billing support, exchanges, and customer queries politely

• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat visits

• Support stock counts, replenishment, and backend store operations

Desired Profile

• Prior experience in fashion retail, apparel, or luxury lifestyle brands preferred

• Strong interest in men’s ethnic and contemporary wear

• Good communication skills in English and local language

• Well-groomed, presentable, and customer-focused personality

• Ability to work on weekends, festivals, and peak sale days

• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
