Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Consultant role located in Ludhiana. The Fashion Consultant will support customers by providing personalized fashion advice, styling recommendations, and relevant product knowledge to meet their needs. Key responsibilities include driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining knowledge about current trends and collections, and creating an engaging retail experience in alignment with the company’s brand image.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fashion trends and product expertise to guide customers effectively
• Proficiency in Fashion Consulting and providing styling advice
• Good Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting client relationships
• Ability to drive Sales and meet set business objectives
• A keen sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
• Team player with adaptability and motivational skills
• Prior retail or fashion industry experience is an advantage
