• Make yearly business Plan and drive business with respective LFS partners
• Track performance of all stores and take corrective actions
• Tracking of Sales/Sq. ft and ensure higher SPSF against competition brands
• Maintain cost of sales and drive profitability for each channel
• Ensure 100% fill rate as per the aligned space capacity
• Ensure right product mix at right stores
• Tracking of PO and ensure timely deliveries at stores
• Coordinate with operations team and enable them to drive sales
• Coordination with planning team for replenishment at regular frequency
• Coordination with marketing, planning, warehouse and sourcing team
• Drive Store VM display as per pre alignment understanding with chain/channel
• Tracking sell thru, call back slow movers from chain/Reorder fast movers
• Develop system for Reporting store wise weekly fill rate in each category
