Role Overview: As a Retail Store - Fashion Consultant located in Sector 58, Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales for our brand. Your main responsibilities will include welcoming customers, assisting them in making fashion selections, managing inventory, and ensuring a well-organized store environment. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome customers with warmth and offer personalized assistance. - Understand the unique needs of customers and help them choose suitable fashion styles. - Provide detailed information on product features, fabric, fit, and styling options. - Achieve and surpass the monthly store sales targets. - Address customer inquiries and ensure a smooth shopping experience. - Support cash handling, billing operations, and assist in stock replenishment and inventory management. - Maintain accurate records of sales and stock levels. - Set up and organize store merchandise to create an enhanced customer experience. - Ensure the store is clean, visually appealing, and aligned with brand aesthetics. - Assist in in-store promotions and setting up seasonal displays. Qualification Required: - Preferred previous experience in fashion retail or customer service. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Passion for fashion and styling. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals. - Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management. - Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak shopping seasons.
