About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fashion Buyer (Clothing) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in apparel buying, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to identify emerging fashion trends that align with our brand and customer needs. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strong vendor management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, select, and purchase clothing collections in line with seasonal trends, consumer demand, and brand positioning.
• Conduct market research to analyze fashion trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and designers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery timelines with vendors to ensure profitability and timely availability.
• Monitor sales performance and inventory levels to make informed buying decisions.
• Collaborate closely with design, merchandising, and marketing teams to develop cohesive collections.
• Ensure quality, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness in all buying decisions.
• Regularly review and update buying strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion/clothing buying (mandatory).
• Strong background in women’s apparel buying preferred.
• Excellent understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and garment production.
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Must be a female candidate based in Delhi (applications from other locations will not be considered).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Fashion retail: 2 years (Preferred)
• Clothing Buyer: 2 years (Preferred)
