We’re Hiring: Full - Time Fashion Assistant

Location : Gurgaon | Paid | On-site

At Shop & Yours, we design modern womenswear that blends elevated everyday pieces with statement styles proudly made in India and created with intention. We are looking for a Fashion Assistant to join our growing team full-time and play a key role across design and operations.

This is a hands-on and fast-paced role that offers end-to-end exposure: from supporting new designs and coordinating with manufacturers to ensuring each collection is executed with precision.

Responsibilities

• Create fashion illustrations and assist with design development
• Source fabrics and trims while managing vendor communication
• Prepare and review detailed tech packs
• Oversee packaging, styling inputs, and quality checks
• Support inventory management and product launches

Requirements

• Graduate with 2–3 years of experience in the fashion industry
• Strong fabric knowledge and styling sense
• Proficient in preparing and understanding tech packs
• Strong communication skills to manage vendor and team interactions
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
